I mean the author has a point. If you technically think about the complexities of social networking and navigating through tons of user generated content you may get overwhelmed. WIth more people joining the online world the internet is getting crowded…if that’s even possible. The program can break down and separate an individuals information flow on the web. Anything from videos, music, pictures, text, bookmarks and blogs. All sounds great, but this program in particular is reserved for serious users of the internet and digital media. Caution: not appropriate for persons over the age of 50 that still think AOL is the only way to access the internet.

With the increasing number of people joining social networks it’s easier to locate and gather information on people choosing to become members of this new growing online society. I found it interesting that the author says their is certain responsibility of online users to keep updating their profiles or information. If you’re one of those people who only casually updates your information, then you in fact have digital identity thats doesn’t reflect who you really and your digital identity gets drowned and others comments about define your online identity. In other words by not providing relevant or updating you information your digital identity is not you, it’s someone else.
